工藝流程:正負極機械手通過吸盤分別將極片從料盒中取出,經(jīng)預定位機構精確定位后疊放在疊片平臺上;隔膜主動放卷,經(jīng)過張力控制機構,引入疊片臺;疊片臺帶動隔膜前后往復移動,以放置極片;疊片完成后,通過機械手轉移,隔膜熱切斷,自動貼膠;貼完膠的電芯自動轉入出料位置。

Process flow: the anode and cathode manipulators take the anode pieces out of the
material box by suction cups respectively, and place them on the laminated platform
after precise positioning by the pre-positioning mechanism; The diaphragm is actively
uncoiling and introduced into the laminating table through the tension control
mechanism; The laminating table drives the diaphragm to move backwards and
forwards to place the pole plate; After the lamination is completed, transfer through
the manipulator, the diaphragm is broken, and automatic gluing; The glued cell is
automatically transferred to the discharge position.
