該設(shè)備將正負(fù)極片卷料先進(jìn)行極耳與極片沖切，自動(dòng)輸送到疊片工位，之后將正、負(fù)極極片與隔膜進(jìn)行高速疊片，疊片完成后直接裁斷隔膜，貼側(cè)固定膠（U型），然后對(duì)電芯進(jìn)行短路測(cè)試，將檢測(cè)合格的極組與下一道工序進(jìn)行對(duì)接，不良品排出。
